It would be great if Managers were able to send a nudge manually to their reports directly through the manager experience. A button on each course tile under a users name to "send nudge" would be great. A next step up from that would be a button that allows you to bulk notify/nudge based on the status and course filters.

Hello Everyone,
With the August release, Managers will be able to send a message to one or multiple learners within their purview.
Managers can select individual learners, all their direct reports, or all of their reports (including indirect reports), compose a message, and send it to their desired audience.
Managers will need to have the Messaging – Message learners permission, this will be enabled by default for the default manager role and will need to be enabled explicitly post release for custom manager roles.

The ability for Admins & System Admins to be able to push a nudge as well would be a valuable addition.
This would be a great feature for managers to have. Managers should have the ability to send both individual and bulk "nudges" to direct reports that have a course or courses due within 7 days.
