Agree - Tasks should be able to be set to "need admin approval" or "not need approval" at all. I would like option for a task to be marked complete by the learner without an admin needing to verify. The task lesson type has to be marked complete by an admin. It isn't just that an employee is told to do something and says "I did it!". When a task is used to tell a new hire to do something (like take a building tour) I don't want to have to be the admin that says "yes, you did that". I want them to be able to self-report completion.
This is a big part of our onboarding workflow and really need the funcationality of a learner marking a task as complete themselves - there should be the option to 'require manager approval' or 'allow learner to mark as complete'
Agree. I'm using the TASK feature just as a way to remind learners they need to upload a document. However, now I have to also approve all those tasks. Extra work for me trying to help my users.
