When I create a course that hosts a video file, I upload two learning objects. They are identical apart from the video file itself, i.e. the description, the poster, the subtitles, etc. are all exactly the same. The only difference in the video files is that one contains music and one doesn't so that the content is more accessible. It would save time to be able to duplicate the learning object and just change the information I need to rather than having to create a whole new learning object.
To give you an idea of scale, every piece of content I upload will be added in this way. I currently have ~120 courses in English and will be adding the same number in additional languages, so this change would save me a lot of time.
