There are several scenarios where it would be beneficial to be able to download FAQs:
I would like the ability to download all FAQs (questions and answers) to a file that can be used to send the text to a translation company.
To enable me to review the content to quickly identify where changes are required. For example, our system has been updated resulting in a change of terminology. I'd like to find everywhere where the old term occurs so that I can amend it to the new term.
When we have a new client, I want to share the FAQs with them so they can check applicability and suitability of the current content for their business before suggesting new FAQs that are needed
In the download, I'd like to see the questions, answers, date added, date last updated, and language of content.
