There is value in being able to customize these as everyone's environments are a little different and the generic errors can mean different things.
I get a lot of error messages for users that are inactive. They are termed employees that may have called into HR to update an address for a W-2 or some other HR related item. My integration still sends an update through because it was a change on the employee record.
If the notification could, just next to the user name, tell me if this user is ACTIVE or INACTIVE that would help me review the notifications. I don't need to review anything that is on an inactive user. I can just skip those vs taking the time to look the user up.
