When an attendee joins an ILC session that is hosted in MS Teams (by clicking the Teams meeting link in the LMS or in their Outlook calendar invite), Teams is recognizing them as an external user or guest and once the session ends, the chat history is removed and attendees are unable to go back to view links or answers to questions. Can this integration be modified on the LMS side to keep chat history after completion of ILC session or be able to recognize them as attendees based on username or email?
