I frequently duplicate courses by accident - yes, I should slow down and wait for the menu to change, but I often hit "Duplicate" inadvertently when navigating through the courses report layout.
Because it takes a while for the course to duplicate, I have to remember to go back in and delete it. I think a simple "Are you sure?" question would prevent this.
