The right column in the new Learner Experience that lists the Chapters and Lessons/Objects is WAY too narrow. We've shortened the titles a lot but still too long for the small width of the column so not easy to find content and must scroll down with a scroll bar that is way too thin. The slide/scroll bar to the right of the lessons/objects AND the Overview/Lesson Details sections is so narrow it's hard for learners find/see.
Too much space is given to the Description and Lesson Details (which are NOT clickable so not that helpful).
Idea is to make the right column twice as wide if not responsive for each user platform AND to make the right side scroll bars A LOT thicker so learners can actually find them when they need to scroll down to see more content. Which they definitely have to do to see all the lessons because that column is so narrow.
You may also consider moving the Chapter/Lessons column on the LEFT side of the screen instead (still make it wider though or responsive) which is my experience with most LMS.
I've attached a screenshot to clarify.
Thanks,
Erica
Make the side bar wider, but with the ability to collapse it into the side when not using.
YES YES YES
Some customizability would be great for our users!
