User story: As an Admin I want to be able to create a course with chapters where I can do the following: 1) Pace Progress Y/N, 2) Allow minimum number of lessons to be completed in a chapter.
Business Case: To fully take advantage of the new online course player, we could move to Courses with many lessons vs. Curricula with many Courses.
Fewer enrollment actions for the learner (enroll, notifications, clicks)
Fewer completion actions for the learner (notifications, clicks back to curricula)
However, if I have a Curricula today with a group that contains a minimum course completion (aka optional courses) I cannot replace that Curricula with a single course.

We've been using curricula for this situation, which then makes enrollment complicated and restricts being able to group curriculum.
