Thank you for submitting this idea, while our standard reports do not provide a means of reporting on all fields in a given report, we do have a number of reporting solutions which are better suited to addressing this including Exports prepared by our Professional Services team, Direct Database Access, and our newly launched Analyze BI reporting solution. These are all premium solutions with additional costs associated, and while we will be working on further enhancements and improvements to the standard reports, the scope of all fields in a given report will be reserved for the premium offerings.
Agree, there are some reports that don't have a supervisor field on them. We duplicate the information into a custom field so that it shows up where we need to see it. (We have many managers that look after multiple depts and it's easier to filter by 1 mgr than multiple depts).
