In the dashboard view, you can change the layout of the PDF to better fit the data. When you send a PDF it cuts off information or leaves off information all together - like if you have a second page of data in a widget. No one wants to send out an excel or CSV report to stakeholders. No one also wants to have to manually download the PDF and manually email it out when you can set up automatic reports to be sent out from Analyze.
I've had this problem as well. I have to change the layout to a very small font just to capture all the information or allow it to show the second page of info. It is unreadable when sharing through email.
