Ask if an Enrollment Email should be sent if the Session is in the past?

I often have to add users who were not originally registered into a session after the class occurred. In these cases, I don't want a Session Enrollment notification going out saying you're now enrolled and it includes the Outlook invite for a date in the past. This just causes confusion.


When this happens now, I have to go into the Course Settings to turn off notifications, add the users to the session, and then go back in and turn on notifications again.

It would be nice if the system was smart enough to see that 1) if session enrollment notifications are turned on and 2) the session occurred in the past, a question prompt would come up to say "We noticed this session has already occurred, would you still like to send an enrollment notification?"
