Add widgets to current dashboard similar to ones that were available prior to new admin experience Merged

There were excellent widgets (with drill-down capability) to show things like total learners, active learners, top courses (I honestly don't remember all that was there but I miss it!!!!). The current widgets are very limiting and don't automatically pre-filter based on what the admin has oversight to (where i can just show all and they'll see the relevant info).
