Learner to be able to enroll onto more than one ILC session - for the case where they are unable to attend and want to book onto another session

Fully support this, our ILC sessions are timed to be region specific and contain information specific to those regions. however we have a global team that needs to attend multiple versions of the same sessions so being able to enroll in muliple sessions is critical.
Its a bad user experiance to make them wait until a session is over, click cancel then re-enroll in the next one
