Better Transcripts Page for LMS Admins

Currently a user's transcript information (on the admin panel) is all grouped together and listed by course name in alphabetical order with no option to organize the information available for easy viewing. Whether its new or old, everything is bunched together making it a mess to read through.


One thing that would greatly improve this page is separating the most current certificates and enrolled courses from the rest that would be considered past or historic. This way Admins can quickly focus on current information which users typically require help with.

  • Current Course Enrollments:

  • Historic Course Enrollments:


The course enrollment section could also benefit from having a header that would allow admins to change the information displayed in ascending or descending order. We should also be allowed to filter the columns to display information we would only want to see (for example, date completed, courses status and other filters that are available in the various reporting sections).

    It would be nice to be able to customize the transcript layout, but I think even offering a category grouping would be helpful. As stated, all course types/genres are together, so unless you know your exact course names (most learners do not, while most admins do) it makes it hard to visually navigate.

    I agree. Having a filtering function like the rest of the LMS would be beneficial. We have scenarios where managers ask for a print out of specific information from the transcript and we have to provide the whole list which is not a good user experience for the end user.
