Really we need the whole course content into a printable version. Including assessments.
If we have a claim against us then we need to be able to produce a PDF file to send.
Really please to see observation checklists at likely to implement phase though!

Thanks for your feedback. To help with understanding here I wanted to let you know that it's more to do with development priorities than not doing product research.
We always try to build our products to meet the majority of use cases but inevitably we can't catch them all. In this case, we released our Minimum Marketable Product for Observation Checklists. This means we met the 'Must Have' requirements but did not necessarily have time to implement 'Should Have' or 'Nice to Have'.
We always intend to iterate on products post launch but sometimes the time investment means that development resources are better used elsewhere on enhancing other features or brining new features to market because there is a product gap. It's unfortunate we can't work on everything but it's the nature of product development.
Hopefully people will be pleased with a few of the updates coming in our February release for this feature as we made sure to priortize some development here as we knew it would be valuable to the clients using this feature.
Coming in the February release will be 'learner view of checklist results' as well as 'reviewer notifications'. You will be able to use browser print to print the learner view from the learner experience.
I'm assuming the IT people who wrote this code have never worked for a company that has a Quality system in place, or is subject to ISO audits. Let's hope this feature goes through some dramatic improvements.
