We have complete curriculums that we want our users to be enrolled in. Admins for each user should be allowed to enroll users into curriculums but not the individual courses that make up the curricula. The "View" privilege in Roles for Courses makes it possible for Admins (Called Training Leaders in our LMS) to accidentally enroll Users into Courses.....this is what we need to avoid.
