NEED to be able to exclude in the filtering option (for example if select department need to have option to exclude a dept)
In addition Need to be able to select multiple options (example if I want to include a dept need to select multiple departments)
We absolutely need this. I see this has been suggested a couple times and told low probability. There are cases where we need all except one department or all except a small group we have created, etc. It is way more time consuming to create a work around. There are filters in other places that say Does Not Include, Does Not Equal. We need this also on the course activity report and really everywhere.

Could you tell me more about the exclude filtering option? in analyze essentials we have filter operators like "does not contain" would these address your needs?
