Allow Curriculums to be nested into Curriculums Merged

We create large onboarding paths for new hires and we they consist of multiple curriculums and courses. We would like the ability to create individual onboarding path curriculums that include all the training they need to take regardless of whether it is a curriculum or course. As a workaround, we use tasks.
