We have a policy that staff must complete annual required training during their birth month. When automatically enrolling staff in online courses there is not an option for this. It would take a lot of time to enroll staff during their birth month and would have to be an ongoing task when new staff are hired (a never ending process).
I would like this option to be added in the automatic enrollment section.

However, while we don’t have the exact feature you’ve requested at this time, we believe there is a suitable workaround within the Core LMS that may help achieve your desired outcome. You can add custom fields and use them as part of your rules within the LMS. To do this:
Navigate to Portal Settings and select Custom Fields.
Click Add a New Field, give your field a name, and choose the Text option.
Mark the field as Required, then click Add List Item to add each month of the year.
Save your progress. Once saved, you can update this field for all users and use it as part of your rules when creating or updating a course.
