This would entail the following:
Ability to reset passwords of learners within their department.
Ability to only enroll their learners in courses or curriculums.
Ability to re-enroll their learners in courses.

This enhancement is available in our Core LMS. When you create or edit a user, under the Account section, you have the ability to assign an admin role. You can choose who the admin will oversee, whether it's a department, a department with its sub-departments, or a specific group. Additionally, you can assign a customized role to the admin, giving you control over what they can view, modify, and delete. Please refer to the screenshot below for reference.
