We have courses where the certificates need to be downloaded and printed and right now we are having to download all of these one at a time.
We would like the ability to select and download multiple certificates at a time.
This is for our internal admins and is currently a weekly process.

I'm unsure why this wasn't prioritized and how your company doesn't see the value in this. For example, our company has to submit certificates to certain agencies to show compliance for our employees. We have over 300 employees. Currently, we have to download EACH certificate one at a time for SEVERAL courses. That is unreasonable and should be a priority for your business if you want to keep/grow you customer base.
We have a similar use case where ILT course attendees do not have internet access, so our admins have to download the course certificates for them. It would be really helpful for admins to have the option to bulk download certificates.
