We have a business requirement that if a minor update for a typographical error for example is made to a training document that those who completed the previous version are not required to train to the later minor version.
Using a new version of the course does not work as per your literature information on the previous version is not retained.
In previous LMS systems I have used the equivalency option has allowed for the course to be marked as complete or not required if the earlier version was taken.
Are you able to add extra functionality to your equivalent course area to allow for this?
We would like to see equivalencies configured in such a way that when a learner finishes a course, any equivalent courses are also automatically marked as complete.
