We require evaluations to be completed for all of our instructor led courses, so learners do not receive certificates unless they complete the evaluation.
However, they are not notified of this by the system once they are marked as present on the course so we have to manually email everyone to remind them to log back onto the platform and submit the evaluation.
It would be really helpful for everyone and save admin time if there was an automated email with a direct link that went out from the system once attendance is taken to remind people they need to complete the evaluation in order to receive their certificate.
