Currently, when creating/editing an online course, under Catalog Visibility, you can set "Time to Complete" by either having it off, automatically be averaged, or manually set. Under the manual setting- it only allows you to set the time using a range and in 5-minute increments. It would be helpful to either opt out of the range or give us the ability to set increments in single minutes vs. 5 minute increments.
