When changing aspects to roles, the only two options available for Course uploads are View or Modify. If there was a way to allow Admins or any other roles to still modify (approve/decline/comment) the Course Uploads, but NOT delete them, this would help prevent a lot of disappearing enrollments on our end. Alternatively, if there was a "Recycle Bin" where the deleted file goes instead of when it's been deleted, that can be restored, that could also work.
