We would like the ability to merge duplicate departments. We implemented IAM/SailPoint and it is creating duplicate departments. We would like to be able to merge them to clean up our system.
If a staff member leaves the organization, they no longer show up in a department so we cannot tell if the department actually has staff in it without tons of research. We cannot delete departments if a staff member was assigned that department. It's all very tedious.
