Allow for Categories to look like tiles instead of mini folders Merged

Categories are a great way to sort courses but when they are visible, it is not visually appealing. I am hoping we can get them to look like:

Onboarding (category example)

Tile 1..... Tile 2.... Tile 3

Project Management (category example)

Tile 1....Tile 2.....Tile 3

Etc.
