Inactive Courses - Messaging

After creating a new course, its often the case its not quite ready to be published (i.e. left inactive) but the administrator will still want to enrol users. One issue we have come across is the users aren't notified i.e. the 'you have been enrolled' emails don't get sent while the course is inactive.


This makes sense because its not live and any hyperlinks would not find the course if clicked. Perhaps after enrolling, a warning should appear to the admin saying no messages will be sent. Or the messages get saved in a queue and after the course is made active the emails get sent to the learners.
