I would like to exclude certain users who have completed one course from being automatically enrolled in another.
Users are all in the same group and department, with multiple job roles. Some of them attended my in person course, everyone else needed to watch the webinar of the same session. But there's no exclusion logic that if 26 people completed the in-person session, they should be excluded from automatic enrollment into the on-line course. I have to find them and unenroll them manually.
Request is to add "Course completed" [is or is not] into the auto-enrollment logic options for a course
Also request adding this logic to availability rules of Global Resources. This would allow certain resources to appear only to those who have completed a course.
Please, let us use your automatic tools with more flexibility. This feature would have saved me a lot of time, now and in the future.
Including an old link which touches upon exclusion logic but didn't solve for this particular problem: https://support.absorblms.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/210701508-Ability-to-exclude-learners-from-auto-enrollment-flexibly-with-a-Rule-of-IS-NOT-in-addition-to-AND-OR-
