I just re-categorized a course and I was given the notification that 6 people will be enrolled (I read it quickly and thought it was new people) then I saw the notifications that people who were purposefully un-enrolled, re-enrolled! Why would just putting a course in a new category re-enroll someone, that doesn't make sense! Is there a way to do this without pushing it out again, especially in this instance.
