Offering credentials (certifications, certificates, badges) is an essential element for garnering user adoption and confidence and for reporting department ROI.
Challenge: While the rest API documentation is comprehensive, the process is cumbersome and challenging for a rest API novice like me.
Proposed solution: Native integrations with various credentialing tools would help administrators unfamiliar with Rest API/ Postman more easily set up their integrations. This could also incentivize prospective customers to choose Absorb, knowing there are native credentialing tool integrations.
