Within the Messages section of a course, we should be able to create custom messages for each user type we can choose from (learner, admins, supervisor). This will significantly improve the communication efficiency. For example, using the enrollment email feature it would be helpful if:
Learners: This informs them of their enrollment, course intro/details, and any pre-work they must complete.
Supervisors: This informs them that their team member enrolled in X course and how they can support them as they prepare for the course
The same would go for the completion and nudge emails. Instead of just being a duplicate message that isn’t addressed to the manager, there should be an all-inclusive option to inform them so they can take action for enrollments/nudges/completions (ensure transfer of learning).
