This would be very helpful. Our team is constantly asked to produce transcripts for our users and we need to show their entire history. The only way to do that is by pulling the transcript, and then copying it into excel. It would be great to just have a transcript report where we can see all of that history, especially when asked for multiple people at one time. It is laborous to go in one by one to pull the transcript for each person.
