I track the number of logins to see how the LMS usage has change month on month. To do this, I have automated user reports for each department. This shows the number of logins. However, this column actually shows the number of login attempts, not successful logins. This is therefore not a true reflection of usage as someone might have attempted to login 5 times with the wrong password and only actually successfully logged in once. I can see this information on a user by user basis but this is not possible to do for every single user. I would like to be able to have a column that shows only the number of successful logins.
Thank you for sharing your idea with us, we truly appreciate the time and thought you’ve put into suggesting this enhancement. We completely understand how having the ability to see the number of successful logins would be beneficial.
While this feature isn’t currently available in the base LMS, we do offer it as part of our Analyze Essentials and Analyze BI add-on packages, which come with additional capabilities. If this sounds like something that might meet your needs, I’d encourage you to connect with your account manager to explore these options further.
In the meantime, we’ll mark this idea as reviewed and keep it on our radar. If we decide to incorporate this functionality into the base LMS in the future, we’ll be sure to update you here.
Thank you again for your input, it’s suggestions like yours that help us continue to improve!
