Use Course Names (not Tags) for Recommended Courses

I'm recommended that when using/enabling the Recommended Courses feature on the course level that it allows us to select which specific courses we want to have recommended and not base the recommended off tags.

Due to needing to use tags, this means that you have to manage it course-by-course on which course has which tag - instead of just allowing us to select qhich courses we want to be recommended (and in what order) - similiar to how perhaps the Competencies or "Add Courses to a Curriculum" selector works.

This change would give admins alot more control over recommendations without needing to manage a seperate list outside of the course all together.

I absoultely support this idea. We use a lot of tags to make the courses searchable/findable. Therefore, whenever we use the "Course Recommendation" feature, a huge amount of courses is recommended. he number is so big, it doesn't make sense anymore.

We would really love to pick the courses that we want to be recommended ourselves.

I support the suggestion. In my use case, I have set up a order in which the courses need to be completed within a curriculum. After finishing one course, the recommendation shows the next two courses, which means that one course can be skipped and the order is not aligned any longer.
