Session Specific Info for Session Enrollment Message

It would be helpful to have more flexibility to customize the session-specific information in the message template.

  • I cannot add the end time in this message. Students need to know both when a session begins and when it will end. Currently, there is no way to communicate this.

  • There is no way to include a venue/location address outside of the Classes code block. I'd like to reformat how the session information is sent to our learners to make it more clear, but the address only comes through when it's included in this block.

In general, having more customizable fields that are specific to the message template I'm working with would be a really huge help. I've found this to be lacking.

    Agree - the session end time data in the text of the enrollment email is a problem for us also. Not all our users have technology, or are familiar with a meeting invite. They are reliant on the text in the body of the email.
