I want to have two self-evaluation surveys in a course I am developing. Each survey has five questions with five possible answers for each question. Each possible answer to a question has a different value. As the student answers each question the answer values are added up. The total value for the five answered questions will fall into one of three ranges I have defined. Based on the total value and where it falls into the ranges it will serve as an indicator of probable success for the student with the topic of the survey. Based on the range value for a student a slide will appear explaining to the student what their next steps should be.
I did this in Articulate Storyline a few years ago, so I know it is possible to author this in eLearning.
