We need industry-specific information to supplement the existing AI offering.
When using Create AI, there is an option to generate a course from user-provided input, but this is limited to a single uploaded file. If the same file is used for multiple courses, the author must re-upload each time. If there are multiple PDF or documents that an author wants to use, then they have to find a way to combine them first. If there are multiple authors, they may use different source files that then lead to different or contradictory content in different courses.
Having a media library specific for AI authoring would streamline content generation. Users could make subfolders in the library according to a topic, upload PDFs or text documents, and then when using Create AI, point it to the specific folder for the AI to incorporate those documents.
This improves an authors workflow by reducing the need to repeatedly find and upload files, and by eliminating the need to combine PDF/documents before uploading. It also allows multiple authors to have a shared repository, ensuring that course content is more consistent.
