Admins need different admin rights for different user groups

To meet our data protection requirements we need admins to have different admin rights for different user groups.

Example:
One admin should have enrollment rights for all users from one country to assign them to courses. However he should only be able to see the reporting (especially the scores in assessments) for the users who directly report to him.

    Thank you for sharing your idea with us. While we currently don’t have the specific feature(s) you requested, we believe we’ve identified a suitable workaround to help you achieve your desired results.

    When customizing roles, whether new or existing, you can configure a role to allow enrollment permissions while restricting the ability to view, modify, or edit other elements.
