All course edits are not retroactive and in many cases that is appropriate. However, there should be an option to make the changes retroactive if needed. Ex. I needed the curriculum enrollment to auto enroll in the course. I changed that after assigning 2000 people but it didn't actually change anything for them. This could be helpful for many different setting options. Need choice to make retroactive or not.
