When we enroll customers into our courses, sometimes we have people that have already been enrolled but have not completed the course yet. In cases like this, the user with the previous enrolment is skipped within a group enrolment, with no notification/liust of skippedd users to the administrator. To solve for this, the current process is to identify the skipped users one by one and re enroll them manually. This is ok for very small group, but we ofter enroll groups over 200 people and it's not a good process. It would be great if we had the option to Admin override previous not completed enrolment, or at least get a list of users that have been skipped when we push any enrolment.
