This may be available, but I could not find any information about this customization option. We'd like to have a "Contact Us" button at the bottom of the Learner Experience. This button would prompt the Learners to select the type of issue they need help with from a drop down list, which would then allow them to message our Learning & Development team. The selection they make from the drop down would be the subject line of the email we receive, which will help with sorting emails into appropriate folders and identifying which issues are most urgent.
