Duplicate Filter

Would like to see a filter for any of the columns in the users page that would allow admins to search for duplcate information, users.

I believe this would help manage accounts especially if admins aren't aware when any duplicate accounts exist. This should allow us to merge, deactivate or delete accounts as needed for the purpose of maintaining a current user database.

    Thanks for sharing a clear use case, sorry that you haven't had a response for a year, we do like to keep an eye on the ideas portal. It may be that the idea recently reached the threshold of 10 votes.

    I can see the value in this request. The current opportunity we have to address your need is in our premium reporting offering: Analyze. It's our business intelligence tool that allows you to leverage powerful custom reporting. Your AM/CSM will have more information about Analyze if you'd like to consider this add-on.

    Nonetheless, we will take your idea into consideration when building additional reports and updating existing core reports.

    I know this was submitted over 1 year ago now, but this is a really important feature. Currently, there is no way to filter and search the user database to find duplicate emails registered in the system. You can do a manual report, dump into excel and filter for duplicates, but this functionality should be available in Absorb LMS. This will help with course enrollments, subscription issues with only 1 associated account having access to content, and allow for Admins to keep a clean ecosystem. Further, non-admin level users should not be able to create an account if their information is already in the system. This will cut out the vast majority of these duplicate user cases.
