Allow learners to share their training with LinkedIn

Not sure exactly how this would look but my team is currently looking at micro-credentials and digital badges that our learners would be able to share on their LinkedIn profiles. Would be a cool option if we could do this through our LMS somehow. We really like the badges on the learner transcripts in Absorb so would like our learners to be able to share them more publicly if they choose to.

This is currently possible with our Credly connector, released in August 2024.

Adding Accredible credentials to this list would be awesome - this is the system we're currently using to deploy certificates and badges that are sharable to LinkedIn.

The Credly connector, which is currently under development, will allow Absorb learners to be issued a Credly digital badge once they earn or are assigned the matching competency. A Credly profile will allow these learners to share digital badges externally, including on LinkedIn.

Thank you for this submission. While Absorb is unlikely to publish an integration with LinkedIn directly, we may evaluate other providers (Credly has come up in several conversations, as an example) to help solve this problem. Please keep an eye on our roadmaps for more information in the future.
