Currently, the only options for Observation Checklists responses are a "Yes/No" or a free-form Observation. If the Observation Checklist had a similar feature to the Assessment and allowed for a Multiple Choice Question Type in single- or multiple-answer format, it would provide so much more flexibility in how these questions can be answered in Observation Checkslists.
This would be great as we use Satisfactory or Not Yet Satisfactory.
We would absolutely like this and consider it to be a good idea. As with all feature development in the product, we have to weigh up the viability of this against other feature requests from clients and roadmap items and slot it in accordingly.
If we have time at some point I would love to do these things as it fits the vision we have for this feature but, currently our team is focused on other things. More up votes from other clients though are definitely what we need in order to be able to make this a priority.
Also to be able to create your own rating scale. As you are releasing a feature like this, you should consider that your customers already have systems in place for this in most cases. To shift them into Absorb is great, but when your scaling doesn't match the organizations system, the organization isn't likely to change, they are likely to not use the feature. Allowing us to customize the rating system would create a better adoption.
