Configure a Livechat Support Function

The ability to configure a Livechat such that learners and administrators could contact the owner of the LMS for support would provide a simple and easy to use support tool without the need for users to exit the LMS experience to get support

    Yes, it would be nice to have our support team be live to help during preset avaiablity rules/hours.

    Thank you for your idea. Do you envision that the LiveChat would be avaiable 24/7 and monitored by your LMS administrators in order to answer questions from learners?
