The column selections in the Message Templates report include everything but something to show if it's actually "on" for learners (our most important recipients).
In other words, the "Send to learner" toggle set to On/Off can't be viewed in bulk in the rerport. To see the setting, a user must select each template and scroll down to that toggle. However, the report does include all "send to" toggles, include the "Send to instructor" toggle which doesn't even apply to all messages as a value.
Could the "Send to learner" display column be added to the Message Templates report options to make it easy to see what we're communicating to our learners overall?

Agree! Such a waste of time to have to edit each message to see if send to learner is toggled on or off.
Agreed! This would be incredibly helpful for customizing message templates as well.
