After selecting a department from the Department filter, you can click anywhere in the blank space below the report to view the enrollment details for all visible departments. The Enrollment Detail report screen shows all Enrollment Details for all locations and users that the Admin has visibility to. This view is very useful for Admins with visibility over many departments because it shows all Enrollment Details for all users in one report. However, we only discovered this view by accident when someone happened to click in the blank space below the departments listed on the report. It would be very useful to have a "View All Enrollment Details" button on the Department Overview page.
