Please add another "On" Switch to the Self- and Auto-Enrollment mechanisms for "All Users". Without this, if an Admin deletes the default "First Name Starts With" Rule and Saves, not noticing the "On" switch still on, mass enrolments and email notification are triggered and cannot be stopped, even if the setting is corrected immediately. This can lead to a lot of support calls in large organizations.
